A fire broke out in the Bombay Talkies industrial area compound in Mumbai’s Malad on Tuesday morning. No casualties have been reported so far.
Eight fire tenders were rushed to the spot. The fire brigade declared it a level two fire which broke out around 11.30pm in one of the shops at L N Road near Somwar Bazaar.
An official said that the local police and ambulance have been sent to the spot immediately and fire fighting operations are underway. The cause of the fire was yet to be ascertained.
